Brain injury recovery & wellbeing
A brain injury can change many aspects of life in ways that are often unexpected and difficult to navigate. Adjusting to changes in your abilities, confidence, independence and daily routines can feel overwhelming, and many people experience emotions such as frustration, grief, uncertainty and loss.

Amanda understands this journey not only through her professional experience but also through her own lived experience. Following multiple TIAs and a brain haemorrhage requiring life-saving surgery, Amanda experienced her own life-changing journey with brain injury, cognitive changes and sight loss. Through recovery, adaptation and resilience, she rebuilt her life and discovered a new purpose in supporting others.

Amanda provides compassionate coaching and wellbeing support for individuals living with brain injury, helping them navigate the emotional and practical challenges that can come with adjusting to a new way of life. Her approach focuses on understanding your individual experiences, recognising your strengths and supporting you to move forward at your own pace.

Whether you are adjusting after a recent brain injury, living with ongoing changes, supporting a family member, or seeking help rebuilding confidence and independence, Amanda offers a safe and supportive space where you can be heard and understood.
